Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia wide through Australia Post and also use reputable courier companies. All online orders are shipped free with standard delivery across Australia through Australia Post. If your order is approved by 12pm AEST on a business day, your order will be dispatched that day and should be received within 3-5 working days.
If you choose for paid express delivery, orders are dispatched the same business day once payment has been approved. Then, once your parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via email with your unique tracking number and delivery details. You will also receive the carrier's details to track and trace your order.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address and contact details while placing the order. Free Simcards and its partners will not be held responsible for items that are shipped to an address you submitted incorrectly. You will be given the opportunity to review and confirm your address on the review section of the website while placing the order. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact us. If your order has been dispatched before you notify us, you may be charged an additional fee for re-directing the order.
